1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

When you visit our website, information relating to your browsing may be recorded in text files called “cookies”, stored on your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.).

A cookie is a connection tracker that allows, in particular, to remember your preferences, measure site traffic, adapt content to your interests and secure access to certain services.

We may also use similar technologies, such as local storage, to record technical preferences, manage sessions and improve the delivery of the service.

2. Types used on this website

A) Strictly necessary cookies and technical tools (exempt from consent)

They are indispensable for the operation of the website, authentication, security, session management and the operation of restricted areas.

  • Supabase Auth : user authentication and session management.

B) Local preferences

We use local storage to remember the consent preference. The cookie_consent key contains the categories chosen, the version of the policy, the language, a random identifier and the date of the choice.

C) Analytics

With your consent, we may use analytics tools to measure traffic in aggregate form, monitor technical performance and improve the service.

  • Vercel Analytics : aggregated traffic and performance statistics.
  • Google Analytics : audience measurement and traffic statistics, activated only after consent.

These tools are provided by third parties (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC for Google Analytics 4; Vercel Inc. for Vercel Analytics), which may set cookies or identifiers on your device and process browsing data (pages viewed, device, browser, approximate location), including outside the European Economic Area. These third parties act as processors or independent controllers depending on their role and are solely responsible for the processing they carry out for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies (Google, Vercel). Google Analytics is enabled only after your consent; you can withdraw it at any time through cookie settings, or install the opt-out add-on provided by Google.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural retargeting cookies.

3. Consent and exemptions

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the storage and reading of cookies on your terminal are subject to your prior consent for all cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the website or for the provision of a service you have expressly requested. By exception, consent is not required when the cookie is strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service that has been expressly requested, or has the sole purpose of allowing or facilitating electronic communication.

No cookie requiring consent is placed before you have expressed your choice. Inaction or simply continuing to browse does not constitute consent.

4. Cookie retention period

Strictly necessary cookies are kept for the time necessary for the operation of the website and the requested service. Cookies requiring consent are kept in accordance with CNIL recommendations, in principle for a maximum of 13 months, while the preference recorded in local storage expires after 6 months. The server register proving consent is kept for 3 years, unless a different legal obligation or necessity applies, and is then deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable retention policy. Session cookies expire when the browser is closed, where applicable.

5. Managing or withdrawing consent

You may manage or withdraw your consent via the cookie banner on your first visit, by deleting locally stored consent data or through the settings of your browser. Disabling strictly necessary technologies may affect connection, security functions and access to restricted areas.

The banner offers “Accept all” and “Reject all” for the categories subject to consent. Simply continuing to browse does not constitute consent.

6. Recipients of data collected through cookies

The information collected may be intended for our authorised internal services and our technical providers acting as processors within the meaning of the GDPR. The list or categories of recipients are set out in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights regarding data collected through cookies

Where cookies involve the processing of personal data, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation of processing and portability under the conditions provided by the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act. You may exercise your rights by contacting the service indicated in our Privacy Policy and may submit a complaint to the CNIL.

8. Updates to this cookie policy

This policy may evolve in the event of changes in regulations, our practices or our tools. Any substantial change will be the subject of specific information at your next visit.

9. Third parties and international transfers

Some technology providers used for authentication, analysis, hosting or performance may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where necessary, appropriate safeguards are implemented, including standard contractual clauses. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
